mGEMS Escherichia coli in vitro experiment hybrid assemblies
This dataset contains the E. coli reference sequences for the strains that were used in the in vitro mixed experiments in the mGEMS publication. The sequences were hybrid assembled from ONT long-read and Illumina short-read data.
